1. Independent Reseller Status
Igaret operates as an independent reseller of pre-owned and refurbished consumer electronics. We are not an authorized dealer, manufacturer representative, or partner of any brand listed on our website. All brand names, model names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for product identification.
2. Refurbished Product Condition
Every item sold on Igaret is professionally inspected, cleaned, and tested to ensure full working functionality. Because items are refurbished, minor cosmetic signs of prior handling may be present unless otherwise stated.
3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Because refurbished inventory depends on inspected stock availability, we reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if an item becomes unavailable, in which case a full refund is issued immediately.
4. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any questions may be directed to Igaret at 905 Westport Rd, Kansas City, MO 64111 or by phone at 888-356-5563.
